• Starts the design process + materials planning
• Confirms your custom order slot

How payment works
• Your $50 deposit will be applied toward your final total.
• Once we confirm the final design details (style, colors, length, charms/add-ons), I’ll create and send you a separate Etsy listing for the remaining balance.
• This listing is NOT the final product and does not ship by itself.

• Colors (inside/outside + accents, if applicable)
• Charms / engraved tag / ribbon add-ons
• Any special requests

Refund policy (deposit)

This deposit is non-refundable once I begin work or purchase materials for your order.
If you need to cancel before work has started, please message me as soon as possible — I’ll do my best to help.
